This little drawing was done for the 2019 Blick Mini Masterpiece competition by Blick Art Materials. Because of the small size that I had to work with, I decided that an animal that is small to begin with would be a great subject, and a mouse or chipmunk were what first came to mind.
Some of my parents' holiday photos included a little chipmunk snacking on some crisps. Because in America crisps are called chips, I thought this would also be a fun little play on the chipmunk's name.
